River Trip

In June we packed up and headed South to somewhere hotter than Hades: Laughlin, NV.  Thunder's parents come here frequently with their boat and know all the best secret spots to grab a spot for a few days.

Did I mention it was hot? It was well over 110 every day and none of us are used to that.  We played in the cool water and lazed around on tubes.

Sunrise is well into his terrible two's, but not on this trip.  The sun drained his super-strength.

This is how Tornado looked most of the day...never could get those goggles on quite right.

Sunrise continued his love affair with Dorritos.

We had a blast on the wave runners, pulling tubes and driving around.  Papa even got up on his first try on a pair of skis.  Nana was great at holding the flag.

We did have a few visitors that the kids chased around.

Heaven help us when he figures out the key!  Thanks to Nana and Papa for a great trip!
